The specialist will support individuals in their recovery from mental and physical health challenges by assisting with daily living activities and life skills. Responsibilities also include providing transportation for clients and facilitating tasks such as shopping and money management.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree in a human services field preferred. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and at least one year of experience in mental health or psychosocial rehabilitation are required.
As a Rehabilitation Specialist, in our Senior Program you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive culture and quality of life for the members of Arundel Lodge. Your primary responsibility will be to support individuals in their recovery journeys from mental illness, physical illness, and substance use challenges. \n

Provide transportation for clients as needed. Assist with money management, appointment scheduling, and dietary coaching. Support daily living activities (ADLs) and teach essential life skills. Facilitate shopping and cleaning tasks to promote independence. Driving clients to any appointments and other daily needs Engage clients in their recovery process and offer compassionate support.

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor of Arts degree in a human services field preferred. Minimum of one year of experience in mental health or psychosocial rehabilitation, or a combination of education and experience that meets these requirements. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. \n Position Hours Available: Saturday & Sunday 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am
Care Coordinator Deaf Program- Part Time- Saturday-Sunday (2pm to 10pm)
Part-time CNA every Friday (and Sat & Sun when needed ) Must Have CNA Certification or License
