The physical therapist will identify patient needs, develop personalized care plans, and provide evidence-based treatments to improve mobility and function. They are also responsible for monitoring patient progress, documenting care services, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Candidates must hold a valid license to practice physical therapy and possess a graduate degree or higher in the field. Strong interpersonal communication skills and a commitment to ongoing professional learning are required.
