As a Residential Treatment Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing daily program activities while offering crucial emotional and social support to our patients.

What's Available: Primarily weekend shifts, days, PM's, nights and weekends required Casual/on-call What you will do: Provide support to patients through counseling sessions and strategies Participate in 1:1 counseling sessions as well as in group settings Work closely with clinical supervisor regarding patients any concerns Assist with transfer and discharge processes Transport patients to and from program activities Document necessary information into computer systems What you need: Associate's degree in a related field or actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field.
