Position Details

Multiple FTE's Available Shifts Available: Day/Night Rotation, Day/PM Rotation, or Nights only. Every third weekend and rotating holidays Shift Differentials: PM – $2.50/hour | Nights – $4.00/hour | Weekends - $3.00/hour Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin What You’ll Do: Work independently while collaborating across departments to improve patient outcomes Assess cardiopulmonary status and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory care plans Provide education and support to patients and families in outpatient settings What You’ll Receive: $15K sign-on bonus for candidates with 2yr+ experience $15K in relocation assistance for eligible candidates New Starting rate of $33.78/hr + more for experience A welcoming, engaged team environment that supports both new and experienced staff Comprehensive training and mentorship Industry-leading retirement and healthcare benefits Qualifications: Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) – National Board for Respiratory Care Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) – State of Wisconsin Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – within 2 years of hire Current Infant-Adult BLS for Healthcare Providers About Emplify Health: Emplify Health is a partnership between two of the Midwest’s most respected healthcare systems—Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System.
