Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist – Inpatient Practice – St. Cloud, MN

• Team-based care | Hospital setting | Integrated behavioral health support Summary Provide high-acuity inpatient psychiatric care for children and adolescents within CentraCare’s integrated behavioral health system.
• This role focuses on evaluation, stabilization, and treatment of youth with complex psychiatric needs while working closely with multidisciplinary teams in a structured hospital setting to support safe transitions and improved outcomes.
• Schedule Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite – CentraCare St.
• Cloud Hospital, St.
• Cloud, MN Day shifts | 8am-5pm Minimal call by phone rotation, support from telepsychiatry and moonlighters Pay and Benefits

Salary Range

$300,000 - $345,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications
