The Lactation Consultant will educate and support breastfeeding mothers by providing guidance on techniques, latching, and milk supply management. They will also collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care and maintain accurate patient records in the Electronic Medical Records system.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience, along with an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification. Proficiency in Microsoft programs and strong communication skills are required, with bilingual Spanish/English skills considered a significant asset.
