The physician or APP will conduct thorough health assessments, perform physical exams, and develop personalized treatment plans for adult patients. They are also responsible for mentoring mid-level providers and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Candidates must hold an MD/DO degree with board certification or be an APP with current Texas licensure. Proficiency in Electronic Health Record systems and the ability to work in a fast-paced community healthcare setting are required.
