• Your Role As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll provide hands-on support and skill-building services to adults with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health needs.
• Working closely with leadership and consultants, you’ll help individuals build independence, strengthen daily living skills, and engage meaningfully in their homes and communities.
• Key Responsibilities Support daily activities while ensuring health, safety, and well-being Implement and document Individual Service Plans (ISPs) Collect behavioral data and monitor progress Provide adaptive, social, functional, and community-integration skills training Promote independence, learning, and positive social interactions Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing development

Qualifications
