Inabia is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

You’ll partner closely with the interdisciplinary team and educate patients/caregivers to support safe progress and smooth transitions of care.

Provide daily treatments, track functional progress, and support discharge planning.

Qualifications
