Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Position Overview

• Inabia is looking for a SLP to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

• You’ll evaluate and treat communication and swallowing needs, supporting safe, effective rehabilitation and patient quality of life.
• You’ll collaborate with nursing, dietary, physicians, and therapy partners to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. .
• Key Responsibilities Complete evaluations, establish treatment plans, and deliver speech-language therapy services aligned with patient goals.
• Provide daily treatments, monitor progress, and support discharge planning.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and care teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in skilled nursing rehab programming focused on functional recovery and safe transitions.
• Contribute to a team-based approach that prioritizes patient outcomes and quality care.

Qualifications

Active New Mexico Speech-Language Pathologist license required. Prior SNF experience strongly preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
