Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including transfers, bathing, and grooming, while maintaining a safe and sanitized home environment. Monitor patient health by tracking vitals, medication reminders, and documenting progress in a digital charting system.
Candidates must hold a state-approved Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate or be willing to enroll in the company's training program. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to travel to client homes.

Key Responsibilities Hands-On ADL Support – Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility—always protecting dignity.
Home Environment & Infection Control – Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a hazard-free, sanitized space.
Medication & Symptom Monitoring – Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document vitals or red-flag signs for your supervising nurse.
Therapeutic Engagement – Read aloud, reminisce, guide range-of-motion exercises, or accompany short walks to boost mental and physical wellness.
Accurate Documentation – Record care notes, progress, and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends.
