The Advanced Practice Provider will perform comprehensive orthopedic and spine assessments while coordinating care across clinic, surgical, and recovery environments. They are responsible for developing evidence-based treatment plans, managing perioperative workflows, and ensuring clear communication between the surgical team and patients.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with current Texas state licensure. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, along with active BLS and ACLS certifications.
The Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) supports highquality, efficient orthopedic and spine care by working collaboratively with surgeons, providers, and the clinical team. This role performs patient assessments, coordinates care, manages followup needs, supports perioperative workflows, and contributes to delivering safe, evidencebased treatment. The APP plays a key role in patient access, continuity of care, and the overall patient experience across clinic, surgery, and recovery settings.
