The Registered Nurse provides direct personal and professional care to patients using a systematic approach to assessment and treatment. They facilitate collaboration among multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless and safe care delivery process.
Candidates must hold BLS, ACLS, and Cardiac Monitoring or Telemetry certifications. Prior nursing and cardiac monitoring experience, along with MSRN certification, are preferred.
A Registered Nurse (RN) renders personal and professional care to patients. Uses a systematic approach to assess patient’s needs, plan care, provide quality/direct care, coordination of care and evaluate care in an efficient and safe environment. The RN facilitates collaboration amongst a variety of disciplines to provide a unified and seamless approach to care delivery. This position is responsible for adhering to all standards of nursing practice, for promoting teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments. Patient advocacy, patient safety, and improving health status are priorities when the RN develops the plan of care. The RN will follow orders for care and treatment of the patient and will adhere to the policies and procedures of Henry County Hospital.
BLS, ACLS and Cardiac Monitoring or Telemetry Education required. MSRN certification and prior nursing and cardiac monitoring experience preferred.
