The physician will evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic spinal conditions in an outpatient clinic setting. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic workups and developing treatment plans in collaboration with neurosurgery and pain management specialists.
Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and have completed a residency in the same field. Applicants are also required to obtain a Federal DEA registration and a Washington State medical license.

Kaiser Permanente - Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is seeking a full-time salaried locum (1.0 FTE) Physiatrist, Spine Clinic Physician to join our Spine Clinic team based in Puyallup, WA on a temporary basis.
