Facilitate daily recovery-focused group sessions using assigned curriculum to support member progress and independence. Collaborate with the Member Care Team to monitor group dynamics, document member behavior, and provide guidance on community reintegration.
The role requires a compassionate individual who can serve as a role model in recovery and demonstrate effective coping skills. Candidates must be able to maintain accurate documentation and participate in ongoing supervision and training.

– Clinical Group Facilitator
The Clinical Group Facilitator at New Freedom serves as a role model in recovery, demonstrating effective coping skills while leading member groups. This role focuses on delivering approved curriculum through dynamic, engaging facilitation in groups held multiple times daily. Facilitators support members in building independence and progress in their recovery, using best practices and recovery resources to ensure impactful group experiences.
