Requires a certification specializing in lactation. Candidates must have a high school diploma with 2 years of experience, an associate's degree, or 4 years of relevant job-specific experience.

How you’ll make an impact in this role Assess the unique goals and challenges of each mother and infant to create personalized lactation plans that support long-term breastfeeding success. Educate families by demonstrating evidence-based techniques, empowering them with the skills and knowledge to nourish their infants confidently. Guide nursing staff and physicians as a specialized clinical resource, ensuring a unified and supportive approach to lactation care across the medical team. Lead the design of patient teaching plans and data-driven initiatives to constantly improve the quality of care and health outcomes for our newest arrivals.
Certification specializing in Lactation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking RNs, Registered Dieticians, and those with a Bachelor's in Nutrition/Dietetics Experience with breastfeeding Certified lactation specialist or IBCLC licensure
