The RBT provides one-on-one respite care and behavioral support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a home-based setting. Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, ensuring client safety, and documenting daily progress.
Candidates must hold a valid Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
The Behavior Technician provides high-quality, one-on-one respite care and behavioral support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder within a home-based setting. The primary objective is to ensure the safety and well-being of the client while providing the family with necessary relief. The BT implements behavioral stabilization strategies, maintains existing developmental skills, and facilitates age-appropriate engagement under the supervision of the leadership team.
