The psychotherapist will provide clinical services to adult and youth clients, coordinating care with psychiatric nurses and other healthcare professionals. They are responsible for maintaining accurate documentation in the EHR and ensuring high-quality, client-centered care.
Candidates must possess an active Illinois license such as LSW or LPC and have at least one year of experience in direct clinical service. Proficiency in EHR systems and the ability to work with diverse populations including children and older adults is required.

You are eligible for this position if you are a counselor, psychotherapist, psychologist, art therapist, play therapist, family therapist, child therapist, or other mental health therapist with at least one (1) year of experience providing direct clinical service. Be licensed to practice in the state of Illinois, including LPC or LSW licenses, or an MSW working towards the licensure Be available to practice a minimum of 15 hours/week; The therapist will work in coordination with Silver Lining’s outpatient counseling and psychiatric nurses to provide psychotherapy services to adult and youth clients with behavioral health issues. Services may include a combination of office- based and telehealth to serve clients at remote locations.
