$90,000 - $110,000 / YEAR
Deliver physical or occupational therapy services to clients in their homes and conduct initial and follow-up assessments. Oversee client progress and represent the organization in community wellness initiatives.
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist in Hawaii with at least one year of clinical or home health experience. Requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
