Direct Support Professionals provide direct care and support to adult clients with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. They assist with daily living tasks, medication administration, and community outings to promote client independence.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and possess or be willing to obtain DSP and CRMA certifications. Strong communication and computer skills are required, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

· Education- High School diploma or GED · Must have strong Communication and computer skills · Certification: Must obtain or have an existing DSP Provisional Certificate and Certified Residential Medication Aide Certificate CCRMA).
