The Job We are seeking talented individuals to help drive the success of youth and adults in our residential group homes.

• Snapshot of Daily Duties Obtain referral packets from placing agencies.
• Create and maintain referral list Review referral packets and gather relevant information.
• Schedule and invite placing agency representatives and guardians to interview.
• Orientate the client with SCOA expectations.
• The Must Haves Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required Over the age of 21 Maturity, empathy and patience Be special – Not everyone can do what we do The ideal candidate must have the ability to adjust to a fast-paced environment and follow proper protocols
