The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive medical-surgical care to adult and geriatric patients, including medication administration and telemetry monitoring. They will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and document all patient interactions in the Epic EMR system.
Candidates must have at least one year of Med-Surg RN experience and hold an active Oklahoma or Compact RN license. Current BLS, ACLS, and proficiency with the Epic charting system are mandatory for this role.

This role supports a Med-Surg unit delivering general acute care to adult and geriatric patients in a structured hospital setting with strong interdisciplinary support.
POSITION OVERVIEW This assignment is ideal for Med-Surg nurses who are comfortable managing full patient loads and working across a variety of diagnoses including post-procedural, cardiac, and general medical patients.
