The Nurse Practitioner will independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment for patients with opioid use disorder in a remote setting. They will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care rooted in harm reduction principles.
Candidates must hold an active Nurse Practitioner license in one of the specified states and possess at least 2 years of experience in an independent, outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine. Applicants must also have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and the ability to work autonomously.
Boulder care is hiring experienced nurse practitioners aligned with harm reduction principles. In this position, you will work directly with patients to deliver medication for opioid use disorder (Moud) in a fully remote outpatient setting. Clinicians in this role independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-Supported model of care.
