Good Samaritan
The staff nurse is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and planning individualized patient care within a surgical unit. They must implement care plans, evaluate patient progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective outcomes.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program and hold a valid Registered Nurse license from the Indiana State Board of Nursing. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required within three years of employment.
