Job description

Position Summary

Luxcur Medstaff Agency is seeking dependable and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support patient care through supplemental staffing assignments across a variety of clinical settings, including long-term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, and outpatient clinics. Work schedules may vary based on client needs and facility requirements. This role is ideal for LPNs who are adaptable, patient-focused, and committed to delivering safe, high-quality care under the supervision of registered nurses and licensed providers.

Key
Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate and timely patient records Measuring and recording vital signs and monitoring patient conditions Administering and monitoring medications within the LPN scope of practice Assisting physicians and nurses with examinations, tests, and procedures Observing patients and communicating changes in condition to supervising nurses or providers Performing additional duties required by the client facility that are consistent with licensure, training, competency, and scope of practice

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program.

Licensure

Current, unrestricted Maryland LPN License or multi-state compact license (if applicable).

Certifications

Active CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) through the American Heart Association.

Experience

A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience preferred.

Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to different clinical environments and documentation systems.
