The Licensed Independent Social Worker will provide clinical therapy, assessments, and treatment planning for residents in long-term care facilities. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve resident outcomes.
Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted LISW license and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work independently in a clinical environment are required.
