Provide direct care to residents appropriate to their age-related needs while maintaining a supportive and collaborative team environment. Communicate effectively with nurses and supervisors regarding the condition of residents.
Candidates must hold a current CNA license and demonstrate the necessary skills to provide appropriate resident care. Applicants should possess a cheerful disposition, patience, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
