Provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients with chronic conditions in the Greater Philadelphia region. Conduct physical examinations, develop treatment plans, and manage patient medications and diagnostic testing.
Must be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with a valid license in Pennsylvania. Requires 1-2 years of primary care experience, preferably with geriatric patients.

We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care to homebound and palliative care patients in the Greater Philadelphia region. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.
• $115,000 - $145,000+ (depending on experience and other incentives)
