The Senior MAT Peer Adherence Worker provides guidance and support to peer workers while delivering direct recovery support services to individuals with substance use disorders. Responsibilities include facilitating harm reduction training, maintaining accurate patient records, and fostering collaboration across departments.
Candidates must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of relevant work experience. An Associate’s degree and a Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) certification are preferred.

The MAT Senior Peer Adherence Worker provides guidance and support to peer workers promoting consistency in collaboration of recovery support services. Has lived experience and knowledge of recovery support community resources. Provides direct recovery support services to individuals with substance use disorders including engagement, retention, and provides evidenced based interventions. Facilitates harm reduction training, and distribution of harm reduction materials.

$21.00 - $23.13 per hour
