The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for performing brain SPECT scans, managing patient dosing, and conducting daily quality control on cameras and hot lab equipment. They must also maintain accurate logs, manage medical supply inventory, and ensure all imaging protocols are followed efficiently.
Candidates must hold a current Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in the applicable state and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic. Strong organizational skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with both children and adults are required.

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is an individual who can work in a fast paced, high volume clinic who is efficient, patient and compassionate. The ideal candidate will have a proven history working well with children and adults, well-organized and able to carry out patient studies as well as patient dosing and daily camera and hot lab QCs. With no generator on premises, the clinic receives unit doses from an outside nuclear pharmacy making efficiency a key trait.
