The pharmacist will ensure the appropriate selection, dosing, and dispensing of medications while reviewing orders to prevent drug-related problems. They will also provide drug information to staff and patients, oversee technical personnel, and facilitate clinical care through communication with physicians.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy and possess a current license from the Alabama Board of Pharmacy (ALBOP). The role requires the ability to perform clinical pharmacy functions and effectively counsel patients.
