The provider will serve as a primary point of contact for patients by obtaining detailed histories and performing physical assessments to guide clinical decisions. They will also translate complex medical data into actionable advice for patients and their families regarding treatment pathways.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program and hold a valid Oklahoma license with prescriptive authority. One year of experience is preferred, and BLS certification is required within 30 days of hire.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Physician Assistant with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
