Provide occupational therapy to patients in their homes to help them regain independence and perform daily activities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary home health team to assess patients, establish therapy goals, and educate families on care plans.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with an active Michigan license. Requires at least one year of occupational therapy experience and current CPR certification.
