The technician assists physicians during cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional procedures while maintaining sterile techniques and a safe environment. They are also responsible for operating specialized equipment, monitoring patient status, and accurately documenting procedural data.
Candidates should have an associate degree in cardiovascular or radiologic technology and 0-1 years of relevant experience. Required certifications include BCLS and ACLS.
This is a PRN Position.
The Cardiovascular Invasive Technician - Non-Certified provides specialized support during diagnostic and therapeutic/interventional cardiovascular procedures. This role involves assisting the physician, operating specialized equipment, maintaining sterile techniques, and ensuring a safe environment for adult patients. The Technician records data and prepares documentation to support the physician's evaluation and decision-making processes.
