Deliver professional dialysis-related nursing services and monitor patient status in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing through critical thinking and problem-solving.
Requires a current RN license, CPR certification, and basic EKG interpretation skills. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience with acutely ill patients, preferably in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg environments.

Current RN license in state of practice CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred) Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills CNN certification a plus
