The Credentialing Coordinator processes enrollment applications for health plan payers and manages ongoing participation requirements for practitioners. They also maintain credentialing communication tools and ensure provider profiles and rosters remain current with insurance carriers.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in credentialing and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are required to manage multiple deadlines and maintain professional relationships with insurance carriers.

Must be based in West Michigan
include: Process enrollment applications for commercial health plan payers and manage the ongoing participation requirements of the plans for all practitioners enrolled. Populate, maintain, and update the credentialing communication tools. All aspects of external credentialing/re-credentialing providers and clinicians, including: obtaining provider information and entering into databases such as CAQH and CHAMPS, completing applications, and following up with insurance carriers. Maintain ongoing communication with insurance carriers to ensure external credentialing profiles and rosters are current and accurate.
