The Behavioral Health Technician provides continuous patient care, supervision, and role modeling within a safe and therapeutic milieu. They assist with activities of daily living, facilitate group activities, and implement crisis intervention techniques.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in behavioral health and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
