Multiple Sign On Bonus Options! $5,000 -1 year work commitment $10,000 - 2 year work commitment $20,000 - 3 year work commitment (Internal Mission Partners not eligible) OSF Rehabilitation offers an environment for clinicians that is supportive in professional development and offers paid continuing education units, tuition reimbursement for further education, and 401k with $1 per $1 match on first 5% of salary! In addition, OSF Healthcare qualifies for the Public Student Loan Forgiveness program OSF will invest in you on day 1! Candidates with 5+ years of direct experience will receive 24 hours of Vacation and Holiday time that will be available for use beginning day 1. This Position is open to a CHT with a Physical Therapist Background.

Position Summary

The Occupational Therapist assists patients in the restoration of occupational function through evaluation and treatment. Performs examination and evaluation of patients' occupational and functional status including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary and integumentary systems as they relate to functional mobility skills. Includes gathering information from the patient chart, patient and family, or other source as appropriate.
