The physician will examine, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages for acute and chronic conditions while providing preventive care. They are responsible for maintaining accurate medical documentation, ordering diagnostic tests, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program and be Board Certified or Board Eligible. Applicants must also hold or be able to obtain a Minnesota medical license and DEA certification.
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical exams Develop differential diagnoses and order appropriate diagnostic testing Provide preventive, acute, and chronic disease management Prescribe medications and administer vaccinations Interpret diagnostic results and implement treatment plans Refer patients to specialists as appropriate Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Participate in cross-coverage and care coordination Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team Engage in quality improvement initiatives and system-based practices Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Compensation & Benefits: Initial 2-year salary guarantee with opportunity to exceed through a production-based compensation model (quality and patient experience incentives) Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and potential student loan support Comprehensive benefits package including: Generous PTO and CME allowance Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Retirement contributions and additional benefits

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills,knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions withthe same min/max are flat rate jobs based on 40 hours/week. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
