The LPN/RN will coordinate anticoagulation therapy for clinic patients, including monitoring lab results, adjusting dosages, and providing patient education. They are also responsible for documenting care, managing prescription refills, and communicating with providers regarding patient status.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school and hold a current Massachusetts RN or LPN license. Basic Life Support certification and strong interpersonal and clinical skills are required for this role.
