Provide daily nursing care to residents and assist with medication administration according to care plans. Monitor resident health status and report any changes to the appropriate staff.
Must hold a valid LPN license in Tennessee. Experience in assisted living or long-term care is preferred, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.
