The Registered Dental Assistant will support the dentist during procedures and exams, which includes preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and materials. Key duties also involve taking and processing dental X-rays and educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Candidates must possess an active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification as required by the state and preferably have previous dental assisting experience. Essential qualities include the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting and strong patient-focused communication skills.
