The Physical Therapist provides patient assessments, direct care, and individualized treatment planning within an interdisciplinary team. They are responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with nurses, physicians, and other therapists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid state license. Additionally, a BLS certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
The Physical Therapist functions as an interdisciplinary team member providing patient assessment/re-assessment, direct patient care and individualized care planning/implementation. Always works as a team member within the entire facility. Performs other duties as assigned.
