The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients with disabilities, injuries, or diseases by designing and implementing personalized treatment plans. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and instruct patients and caregivers in daily living skills to maximize recovery and independence.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and possess a valid New York State license or permit. A minimum of one year of prior experience is required for this position.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, required. Master’s Degree, preferred. 2. Minimum one (1) year prior experience, required. 3. Must be currently licensed as Occupational Therapist in New York State.
Must have a valid permit and become licensed and registered within one (1) year of employment.
