The Pharmacist is responsible for the day-to-day functional duties of the Pharmacy Department to ensure high-quality patient care. Key tasks include interpreting medication orders, monitoring therapy regimens, and supervising pharmacy technicians.
Candidates must be licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy and hold AHA BLS-HCP certification. A Pharm.D or Bachelor of Science in pharmacy and one year of hospital experience are preferred.

Under the direction of the System Director of Pharmacy, the Pharmacist is directly responsible for the day-to-day functional duties of the Department of Pharmacy in accordance with the hospital’s stated philosophies, goals and objectives to ensure the consistent provision of high quality patient care. Always works as a team member within the entire facility. Performs other duties as assigned.
