• Collaborative Hygiene Workflow We use a structured team-based model designed to support, not rush, the hygienist.
• Dedicated hygiene assistant assigned to you Delegation of x-rays, room turnover, instrument processing, polishing and fluoride Standard one-hour appointments for most procedures Extended time allowed for periodontal procedures as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide oral hygiene services including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing, restorations, and application of preventive agents such as fluoride and sealants. Qualifications

We’re Looking For Active Ohio hygiene license Strong clinical standards and perio focus Team-oriented mindset CPR/BLS Certification Interest in maximizing production ethically and efficiently
