The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide rehabilitation services to residents and contribute to the company's vision of enhancing lives. They are responsible for monitoring compliance with company policies and state/federal laws while maintaining resident confidentiality.
Candidates must hold an Associate degree from an APTA accredited program and possess a valid Physical Therapist Assistant license. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transferring patients weighing up to 250 pounds.

OTHER REQUIREMENTSParticipates in (or conducts) company-sponsored training to safeguard against improper use and disclosure of resident’s protected health information. Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and state and federal law. Agrees to adhere to and oversee communication of privacy guidelines relative to the confidentiality of residents' protected health information.
