The Advanced Practice Provider collaborates with physicians to provide direct patient care, perform comprehensive exams, and establish treatment plans. They are also responsible for documenting visits in the EMR, ordering tests, and participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Candidates must hold an ARPN or PA-C license from an accredited graduate program and be eligible for licensure in Arkansas. A DEA number and BLS/ACLS certifications are also required for this role.
Sign on Bonus opportunity of $25,000 based on 3+ years of Specialty APP (APRN, PA, DNP) experience.
Eligibility for quarterly productivity-based bonus also offered.
Must live within an hour's drive to Little Rock, for call.
Description The physician extender collaborates with the physician and other health care professionals to provide medical services including direct patient care, medical record documentation and follow-up care. The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner operates within the standards of care and scope of practice as defined by the State of Arkansas.
