The LPN is responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting residents with activities of daily living. They also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and maintain accurate medical records.
Candidates must hold a current LPN license in Kentucky and possess at least one year of experience in a skilled nursing facility. The role requires the physical ability to lift, push, or pull objects weighing at least 50 pounds.

Looking for a dedicated LPN with experience i Long-term care. Offering a $3,000 sign on bonus. Day and Night Shift available.
As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our residents and ensuring their overall well-being.
Current LPN license in the state of KY Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility Knowledge of nursing principles and practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Considerable physical activity: Requires heavy physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to fifty (50) or more pounds. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of job. Push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds to a minimum height of three (3) feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of fifty (50) feet. Standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day. Bending and/or stooping for more than one (1) hour at a time.
