The radiographer performs a variety of radiologic procedures using standard and specialized x-ray equipment under the supervision of a radiologist. They are also responsible for assisting with C-arm, fluoroscopy, and special procedure injections in clinical and operating room settings.
Candidates must be graduates of an approved school of Radiologic Technology and hold an Associate’s Degree in the field. Applicants are required to be ARRT certified and possess a valid Radiology license from the state of Massachusetts.
40 - Up to $20,000 sign on bonus!!! Under Radiologist supervision and following established protocols and procedures, the technologist will be expected to perform a variety of radiologic procedures using standard, portable and/or specialized x-ray equipment. Technologists will be required to perform C-arm procedures in both the operating room and in pain clinic as well as special procedure injections and fluoroscopy procedures with the assistance of a Radiologist. Technologists are required to cover on-call and holiday shifts. Per-diem technologists may be required to cover holiday shifts.
